設計說明:
「吳晉淮」為一台灣音樂史上重要的台灣歌謠大師，音樂紀念館以其位於台南柳營火燒店的故居整建修復而成，紀念館簡介設計上首要突顯其音樂代表性及時代性的意象。
從封面設計以黃、黑雙色配上去背人物手法，回應了當時普遍的印刷方式，翻開封面左側為紀念館平面圖，除方便參觀者使用外，同時亦將故居的合院格局作一相互對照標示，另一右側則是一面黑膠唱片，黑膠唱片即突顯出了音樂創作的時代性，當將黑膠拿起時，隨即簡介頁面展延開來，彷彿打開吳晉淮精采的音樂人生，簡介中吳晉淮的年表也以五線樂譜樣式呈現，看著他一生的事紀，就有如耳邊傳來悅人的優美樂聲一樣，最終在他過世的那一年，畫上了完美的修止符。
Jin-Huai WU is a master of folk songs in the music history of Taiwan. His former residence in Liu-ying Tainan has been renovated to become the Wu Jin-Huai Memorial Hall.
The brochure design highlights the significance of his music and the era. By incorporating yellow and black colors as well as using keying design, the cover has a retro touch that echoes with popular printing approach back in the time. On the left of the cover is the floor plan of the Memorial Hall, convenient for visitors to use. The floor plan also serves as a reference of the residence courtyard layout. On the right side is a vinyl record which brings us back to the old times. Once the vinyl record is pulled, the introduction page spreads. The beauty of WU's life of music flows vividly in front of readers’ eyes. Symbolically, the chronology of WU’s life is also marked on the music stave. Reading events of his life is like listening to his beautiful music, ending on a perfect note in the year when he passed away.
